From a public/corporate/business worldview, Kelvin Lim is more known for his foray into transforming human lives in the coaching and personal transformation/development industry. Kelvin’s pursuit of other domains, for example, alternative consciousness and their transformative applications such as esoteric and shamanic practices, biology, botany, art, creative expression, metaphysics were lesser known.
But as the experiments, training and journeys to procure sacred or precious plants, sacred waters and gemstones increased, so did Kelvin’s foray into the material world grow. The more he learned, the more he uncovered about materials, and more importantly, applications and transforming materials into new formulae, combinations, concoctions, and artwork expressions.

The CoreSelf painting was created while Kelvin was preparing to lead a new program named CoreSelf by the Live Your Mark company. he CoreSelf program was designed after TruSelfTM Creation Course and Deepwork programs to give students a deeper space and mapping to get to know the different parts of themselves, and how each aspect / part of themselves come together to form the core of who they are, over the years. The 2m by 2m painting resulted from Kelvin’s own journey as he was preparing for the program. There are many images in this painting that you can use to meditate on, or grace your study, library, office, or even bedroom with.
This painting was replicated as a carpet and was auctioned in 2024 for SGD$5,000.
